it seems impossible for me to get my replies i want to send to craigslist ads
are impossible. I've downloaded the new software I have windows
live(obviously) this new system sucks. what do i do?!

It sounds like you just want to use the web-based version of Hotmail.
If so, it needs to be set as your default email service:
