What program is trying to connect???

Everytime I reboot I XP tries to connect to cnn.com. How can I tell
what program is doing this. I've already ran the spyware programs to
no avail.

This is the message I get:

msconfig

OK.
Choose the "Startup Tab".


Post back with what applications are set to startup...
 
In addition:

a.. Right click My Computer icon, choose Manage/Services and
Applications/Services
a.. In the right pane, select Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and
double click
a.. Use the Startup type drop box and choose Disabled.
