What opens .ppp files?

Hi

from a friend there is an attachement i want came in a .ppp file.
what opens those types?

thought it was powerpoint but it didnt open up in powerpoint 2000
(unless its a newer powerpoint file)

or is it for another programme?
ive never heard of .ppp extension files.

PPP is the file extension for the Desktop publishing default output file
associated with Serif PagePlus. It can also be the file extension for the
Parson Power Publisher project file.
