Everytime I open my Excel spreadsheet ( a fairly large one I use every day),
on a differant computer I get a warning offering to disable Macros in the
worksheets. I am not aware of any macros in my worksheets. When I access
the Tools: Macros; menus I find no macros listed. Are there invisable
macros? I don't need any macros and would just as soon strip any hidden
macros. I set this spreadsheet up and it does what I need, I don't se
macros, cuz I have not figured out what they do or where they live..

Anyone have any insight or ideas?

Roy, yes there are "invisable" macros, ones you can't see from tools macros,
have a look here on where to look for them

Using Excel 2002 & 2003

Also, it's possible there were macros that were deleted leaving an empty
module which should be removed.

Thanks for the time and the help. That cleaned it up quite nicely. I had 6
empty modules.

Thanks again,
Roy
