what is wminfo.exe?

When my computer boots up to the desktop I get a message Windows\System32\wminfo.exe cannot be found. What is this file for? When I click ok it just goes away and my computer seems to funcion ok, except that my search function does not work. Does this file have anything to do with the search finction? Thanks.
