What is Windows XP Recover Console Admin Password?

I am trying to log into Windows XP Professional Recovery Console as an
Administrator , it is not accepting the password I have set. Is this
Administrator account different from Windows XP Administrator account? If
so where and how would I set the password for the Recovery Console
Administrator account?

I am accessing Recovery Console at the time of bootup - F8 option.

It is probably blank - as it needs to be able to load with no working
registry. So just TAB over and Enter
