Are the letters LLC supposed to be smaller or the same size as the Title on
the letterhead? Is there any special puctuation that should precede LLC?

LLC stands for Limited Liability Corporation (or Company?...I forgot).
Anyway, it's a subsidiary of the original company to protect the
original (parent) company from liability within the smaller company.

That info aside, LLC should be all caps and in the same font as the
company name. And yes, a comma should come before the LLC, like
this...

It can look quite nice if you use the Small Caps setting for LLC, instead of
straight all caps. Apply via Format | Font, see if you like it.

And note that in order to apply Small Caps formatting, you have to type the
letters in lowercase (otherwise they'll still be full-size caps).
