I imported a set of Seiko thermal printer drivers into Component Designer to
get SLD. When I view the Files under each printer driver component I get
the following for LTPV345 printer:

LTPV345.GPD %66000%
NTPRINT.INF %17%
siuw2kxp.dll %66000%
SIUW2KXPDrvs.inf %17%

What is GPD file and what is the path for %66000%?

Regards,
Trung.

The 66000 range is for printer usage. The link above shows which dirid's
are used for what purpose. Below is a one-line copy from the above article.

66000 Represents the directory path returned by the
GetPrinterDriverDirectory function.

This talks about what GPD files are - basically files used to describe a
printer. It stands for "generic printer description".
