What is the name?

There is a program I used to use in the past that would detect all running
files that pose a threat to you computer and will show you a color bar of how
dangerous the file actually is, and gives you the option to removed or place
in quarantine. It's not a virus program, that much I know. Does anyone know
the name this program may carry? I will know it once I see the name. Thanks.

No...that's not it either. It's not a virus program. It looked for files like
one I had a problem with a few years ago....istbar. A few others as well.
It's an old program. I just can't remember the name.
