What is the min and max time a slide can be showing in powerpoint.

for powerpoint 97 the longest time powerpoint will accept for a slide transition is

8639 seconds

On powerpoint 2002/XP it's 59:59 (about an hour!)

However you can set each slide to wait for a mouse click or 0 seconds.
