I don't know the maximum size, but I have used Outlook to send and
receive files that are over 20 MB.
Most people run into another problem with large emails. Their
Internet provider only allows a certain size, sometimes 6 or 10 MB. I
had a need to send and receive these large files, so I contracted with
an outside mail provider to handle them. (www.tuffmail.com)
