what is the key to cancel an email that is writing?

Hi all,

If I am writing an email, what is the key-stroke to cancel the email and
return to inbox window? I need a one key-stroke solution for the sake of
efficiency -- considering how much time we spent playing with emails and
outlook everyday.

Also, what are the keys for marking/flagging the emails for future
follow-up;

What are the keys for saving the email that I am writing as a draft and wait
for future completion;

Moreover, is there an incremental search solution for searching emails? I
found the searching algorithm in Outlook is ridiculously slow, and it is not
an incremental search; it cannot compare to Gmail search, at all.

Thanks a lot!

1) ESC and choose No if you made changes

2) CTRL+SHIFT+G

3) ESC and choose Yes to close & save. CTRL + S to save and continue

4) Outlook 2007 will have this; incremental and indexed

*** It does not work on my Outlook 2003. What's the problem?

Btw, do you know a way to mark multiple emails as spam/blocked? I don't know
how to do this. I have to do this one at a time.

3) ESC and choose Yes to close & save. CTRL + S to save and continue

*** If I reply to an email, then CTRL+S will save it to draft; but if I am
not replying to an email, but I simply want to save it, I entered CRTL+S, it
seems something occured, but I couldn't find where did it save that email to
.... do you know?

Thanks a lot!

2) Depends on where you do it. It should work when in the main Outlook
window on the selected item

3) Should be into draft as well. Look for your subject.

4) No need to mark all your messages as spam unless the address is being
resused over and over again (which practically never is the case).
