What is the best way to auto-start Task Manager during boot
up?

Put a shortcut into the Startup folder under Programs in your
Start Menu. You need to use Advanced to get there.

Also, turn off the HTML when you post to Usenet - very rude.

Create a shortcut to "%windir%\system32\taskmgr.exe" and drag it
into a startup folder.

Thanks, for the useful reply - but I'll keep the HTML on as *most* people
can handle it, even if you can't.

It's not a matter of being able to handle HTML; it's the fact that HTML
posts can easily hide hostile code, so many knowledgeable people block
such posts as a matter of principle. For myself, I use a news reader
that automatically renders all HTML posts as plain text.

Also, if you really want help, starting off by deliberately alienating
those to whom you're appealing seems counter-productive. You'll get
much better results by simply complying with the dictates of common
courtesy and the conventions of the milieu.

Only outhouse express can read HTML. I don't care what you
use, but you'll get flamed on Usenet if you don't turn it off.
And, should you ever ask help that I might be able to provide,
I won't because you're an arrogant ass.
