What is the best pratice for TS Licenses server

I have alway installed the TS Licenses server on a
Terminal SErver in the Farm. I am now hearing that this
can cause problems and you should instal it on a seprate
server. ?????

It is generally preferable to install the license server seperately on a
member server.
