What is tgshell.exe

Recently I have noticed on connecting to the internet that I am getting slow
response. When I check Task Manager and the processes running I noticed a
"tgshell.exe" that is running and at times is using 99% of the processor
capability. Does anyone know what application is using tgshell.exe or am I
dealing with a virus, spyware, worm, etc.?
