What is "secure32"?

After getting rid of a virus this morning, I am unable to
open Internet Explorer to my normal home
page "http://my.yahoo.com/?myHome". I have tried going
into the tools menu to change the home page but it will
not allow me to change from "C:\WINDOWS\secure32.html". I
assume when my virus program halted my system this
morning, it went into a "Safe Mode" and I can't get it
out. I am using Windows ME and AntiVir 6.0 for Windows.
Can any one help?????

Unless it's something new, this page will tell you that it could be from
Compaq.

Do you find anything if your start up list.
