What is 'realtime_table'?

When clicked on a program icon (on WinXP Pro), it prompted the following
error:

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query
'realtime_table'.
Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.

Please tell me where I can download realtime-table file. Thanks.
