What is MSys* and why can't I delete MSys items?

Sometime when I wasn't looking, Access (2003) added items (tables, queries,
etc.) to my database beginning with MSys. I can't delete them. I don't want
them unless their function is necessary.

The objects beginning with the "MSys" are Access system files and are required.

You (or someone) has inadvertantly set Access to display the System objects

Go to Tools/Options and then select the View tab. Uncheck the System
object check box in the Show group. This will hid the objects.

They are kinda important, don't delete them!

Anything beginning with Msys is a system table, which stores information
about all kinds of stuff in Access. Hide them again using Tools | Options |
View | Hidden Objects
