what is mss32.dll and why havent i got 1

my hubbys been trying to download a game but we are missing mss32.dll. weve tried downloading it but it reckons the comp is incompatible. help. it also crashes all the time for no reason that i am aware of. thanx
 
thanx, i went to the link and i down loaded mss32.dll. what am i supposed to do when ive got it though. do i have to put it in some folder or something
