In the folder permissions, what is the difference
between not having "Full Control" and having "Full Control"?
between not having "Full Control" and having "Full Control"?

Have a look in the Windows "Help" facility (Start / Run / NTFS) - here
is what I found. To get the proper tabular display, you need to go in
there yourself.
File permissions
File permissions include Full Control, Modify, Read & Execute, Read, and
Write. Each of these permissions consists of a logical group of special
permissions. The following table lists each file permission and specifies
which special permissions are associated with that permission.

Notes
Groups or users granted Full Control on a folder can delete any files in
that folder regardless of the permissions protecting the file.

permission, see Related Topics.
