What type of environment are you in (POP3, Exchange, etc.?). Do you have any
add-ins or use anything like Mobile Manager?

I am having the same problem. We just started using Outlook this weekend and
have been on the phone with my ISP for hours and then on Microsoft support
website for hours and have not been able to resolve this. We get the message
when we try to send emails. I would appreciate the help as well.

Have you looked at http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nosend.htm for possible
causes? Are you using antivirus scanner to scan you email? if so, disable
it.
