What is Citrix program

On my task bar I have an item "CItrix program
neighborhood agent".What is this and can I get rid of it
if so how? I am a novice with the computer . But his
bothers me I tried bring this up from the task bar
but "it" won't let me. I hope you can help me. Thanks

Citrix is the company that has GoToMyPC, a remote access program. I've
used it for about a year and don't know of anything dangerous about it.

Look in My Computer/add/remove programs for it. If it's there, your
computer is a host that can be accessed from other locations by
authorized users. Click 'remove' to get rid of it. If it isn't there,
right click on your toolbar icon and delete it from that menu.
