Yea what happened to Outlook express that open my downlaods? I don't
understand what is going on. Need some one to tell me what happened and why
all this microssoft business.

Strange that you would knock Microsoft and then erroneously post your
question in the MS Office Outlook Newsgroup...
 
perhaps post to an OE specific ng, part of IE family, and rephrase your Q so
the folks know what your talking about

This is a group for Outlook. Go ask in a group for Outlook EXPRESS. And
make sure you actually mention WHAT is your problem.
