What Function to Use?

Can someone please offer some help

Above are the rows and columns as my example

Goal - I want to know what SPR's (A) have a 1 in the Week (C) colum
and also have a 1 in the Priority (D) column

The result should be at total of 2 - SPR's 1968 and 1972 both have a
in the Week (C) column and a 1 in the Priority (D) column.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
