What flash card is the best to use for XPE;

Using EWF.

Sandisk and Transcend seem to be the most commonly used.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Cheers,

San Disk is the card I have used in the past. SanDisk also has a utility
that can configure the CF card as fixed media.

You might want to look into the uDOC (USB flash) from M-systems
(www.m-sys.com). Fast through put if your system support USB 2.0 boot.

Sandisk Industrial Devices are shipped as "fixed Disks"
and don't need a special utility. They have extended
temp versions and DMA support. We use thousands of
them. My XPe build boots in 40 seconds.

I've been using DiskOnModule cards from pqi, they appear exactly the same as
a standard disk drive. I've had no trouble using them, they just work and
since it is possible to partition them they are very useful.
