Hi....

I have two profiles set up in Outlook2003. I'd like to back up: a) the email
in all folders b) the address book for each profile.

Can somebody advise what specific files I need to accomplish the task?

Thanks in advance.

All is kept in the pst-file. Make sure you include hidden files/folders when
searchin for it

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

Well, there are seven .pst files on my computer: three are archive.pst's,
one with my wife's name (other profile) folder.pst and three outlook. pst's.
The outlook.pst is dated today, outlook1.pst is dated last March, and
outlook2.pst is also dated today and is over 19 megs in size. (the next
largest outlook.pst is the other one dated today and is just over 2 megs in
size.)

As you can probably tell, I'm really confused about the three different
outlook pst's in particular.

Any further guidance will sure be appreciated.

You can see what is in them by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File

Like Robert says.
b) the address book for each profile.

The profiles are kept in the registry. You'll need to export the keys
HKEY_USERS\S-X-X-XXXXXX-XXXXX\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles for each value of
S-X-X-XXXXXX-XXXX.
