What does this error mean?

Error 1004: Invalid resource:
"RegKey(819):"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech\Voices\Preview"":
(Error 5 (0x5) in "Microsoft VBScript")

Check the image, it's no warning and no error. When i build it, it show this
error. What does it mean?

This problem exists in some other language OS, ex. Chinese.

Therefore, installs an English XP Pro.

And run the "Microsoft Windows Embedded Studio" on it.

Then this problem will never show.
