What does the Windows XP CD look like

I am working with someone and I am trying to locate my CD. What does it say
on it...I have nothing here that specifically says Windows XP CD. I have a
Recover XP CD and a floppy that says CNR AMR Modem Driver WinXP 9-28-2991
Version 2.30.2029.4. Am I missing it?
 
Recover XP CD is probably it.
Is this an OEM computer (HP, Compaq, Dell, Gateway etc)?
OEMs often make their own CD and do not furnish the same Windows CD
you can buy in a store.
Check the manual and/or contact the manufacturer for details.
