What does the "Taskbar Notification Icon" look like?

I do not know. There is nothing in the startup folder so I assume that Wxp is
trying to tell me something.

See the area to the immediate left of your clock? That's the Notification
Area. The icons there correspond to running applications.

Are you having a problem?
 
I only see the Icon on the Task Barafter closing the running App or Game.

The Taskbar is to the left of Notification Area.

Are you saying that after closing an application or game, its icon remains
in Notification Area (to the right of Taskbar, to the left of the clock)?

Right-click on an empty/blank area of the Taskbar > Properties > Is "Hide
Inactive Icons" checked (very bottom)?
