What does cannot view xml page input using xsl style sheet mean???

I am trying to use instant support for HP but when it tries to gather information from my computer it comes up "cannot view xml page input using xsl style sheet" and then I am screwed as I cannot get any help then. Does anyone know what this means so I can contact HP to try and fix a problem. Thank you in advance.
