What does "553 sorry that domain isn't in my list of rcphosts" mean?

I get the following message when I try to send a message using Outlook 2003:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 05/11/2003 13:06

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Any ideas? I'm not receiving mail from my POP3 account at all. Cheers.

Bobby

it's not a pop error, it's a misconfigured mail server (or properly
configured server, but wrong mx records). it means you can't send mail using
the smtp server... one cause could be that you aren't authenticating and
should be. (mail account, server tab) if that doesn't fix it, contact your
email provider.
