What do I need to run office xp on my new vista computer

I have inserted the disk of office xp professional but the computer keeps
asking for the disc which I put in but it does not read it what do I need?
I have vista on my new computer
 
If it is an upgrade version of Office XP, you will need to insert the
installation disc of the qualifying software it upgraded before you can
install from the upgrade disc.
