I have Windows XP Home Edition. I do not have Power Point as a program. At
least I don't see. I don't know much about Power Point but I received a pps
file which I cannot open. I have been reading some threats and came to the
conclusion that I need Power Point. I do have MS Office installed which has
Excel, Outlook, Word and Publisher. Am I not supposed to have Power Point.
Please advise what I need to do.
Thank you.

PowerPoint is not included in all Office versions. More info at:

What's in the Office 2003 Editions? - http://snipurl.com/officeversions

That link is for Office 2003 - you can search for a similar page on Office
2002.

As garfield suggested, you can download the free PowerPoint Viewer.

You can also order a 30 day trial CD of Office 2003 (or download) at:

Microsoft Office System 2003 Trial - http://snipurl.com/officetrial
