what do i do if my email will not 'send' upon setup?

I have just setup our first home pc today.Whilst my outlook email appears to
be fine the other 2 users on my pc are not able to send from their "new"
email screens.Their email is purely a word format with no send function on
the toolbar.Is this a problem with the way i have registered my microsoft
software?

If there's no Send button, it could be because you haven't properly created
accounts for them.
