I recently bought a computer from Dell.It came with
Windows XP Professional.It doesn't have
Word,Excel,Powerpoint,Publisher,Outlook,Frontpage,Access.D
oes anyone know what I need to buy in order to have all
these programs.

No, no version of Windows ever has come with any of these.

Does anyone know what I need to buy in order to have all

You need Microsoft Office Professional. The latest edition is
Office 2003, but if you don't have to have the latest and
greatest, older versions will work with Windows XP too, and can
save you a significant amount of money.
 
Search for and download Open Office. It's free and 90% compaitible with
MS Office files.
