What "bit" am I

I am about to dl a patch for the "worm" and it has a list
of windows to pick from. I am wanting to know how I find
out what bit my computer is, 32 or 64 and where I go to
find out. I'm running Windows XP.

You have the 32-bit version of Windows XP. The 64-bit version is
only commercially available for very expensive, high-end Itanium processors.
