When I boot up, I get the message that the AIM.xmlp.dll applicatiion won't
start up because it can't be found. Does anyone know what that is?

Sounds like it's the AIM XMLparse.dll.
If you have AIM installed, the easiest thing to do would be uninstall and
then reinstall AIM.
