Well...if you're talking about Outlook 2007, you can change the color of all
of the Outlook window by opening Word 2007, click on the round Office
button, choose "Word Options", choose "Popular" and select a different color
from the "Color scheme" drop-down.

No, no, I am asking about Outlook 2003. (Office 2007 is too inconvenient
and ugly software with crazy system requirements).

Outlook 2003 uses the Windows color theme, I believe.
