wgalogon.dll

I'm having a problem where several of my computers here at work hang at
logoff with this:

executing C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WgaLogon.dll

occuring.
I know it's not a virus, but sometimes the computers just hang at that point
in the logoff process.
Anyone else run into this and if so, what should I do to make this stop.
