WFIOCTL has failed - Should I care?

In reviewing the Event Log, I repeatedly see the
following error:

The WFIOCTL service failed to start due to the following
error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
Event ID:7000
Source: Service Control Manager

When I search on Google and Microsoft for WFIOCTL, no
results are returned.

What is WFIOCTL? Should I care? How can I fix this
problem?

Hi

I couldn't find any reference to WFIOCTL, either. Have you checked your system for viruses with the latest definitions for your AV program? Have you also checked for any spyware that might be on your system:
