Thank you for your help...but I still have a problem. I got to the screen to
change my computer name.....but no matter what I type in...an error message
says that I am using symbols not allowed. I am not using anything but letters
and have tried to change the name 4 or 5 times....but it will not let me. Am
I still doing something wrong? Help...again..please. Thank you.

Do you have a laptop? Is your numlock on (FN + some keypress)?

Well..I don't know how I did it...but instead of changing the name
totally...somehow it allowed me to just add an 's' on the end. Now when I
sign on...there is no longer an error message of duplicate names.
But...thanks for the heads up about the number lock. Yes I have a
laptop...actually brand new...so I'm just getting used to it. Thank you and
everyone for all your help.
