The problem I am having is re-installing the programs...

the add/remove list doesn't show them and some don't have uninstall files in their folder. Is there anyway to manually add a program to the add/remove list or some other way?

Hi,

No there isn't. Only installing creates the necessary entries. What happens
when you try to install?

Please respond to the original thread and do not create a new one.

I didnt mean to make a new thread, sorry
When I try to install it tells me that there is already something installed in that folder and to uninstall it then reinstall it or choose another folder.

I do not want to install these programs twice as most of them are quite large and I'm getting low on HD space... and I'm pretty sure I can figure this out and not have to...

thanks

Sorry then as I will not be able to be of further assistance. What you are
asking is to manually create needed entries - there could be a dozen, or
there could be a thousand. There is no reason you should not be able to
reinstall to the existing folder and overwrite the entry, unless you are
getting access problems to that install location. This could easily be
because they may have permissions on them from the original installation. If
this is the case, 'take ownership' of the installation folders first (just
type that phrase into help & support for instructions on how to).
