welcome screen

cannot access any control of welcome screen because of client services for netware. it says must delete this. Apparently it disabled my screen. i went to add programs its not their went to services and disabled it but no help any ideas?
 
My network places, view network connections, right click your connection,
properties, highlight netware, click uninstall.
Note: if you connect to a novell server you will need to leave the netware.
