Welcome screen

Hi,
Can the Welcome screen be customized in Win XP? I know the
pictures on user accounts can be changed, but what about
the background, colors, fonts and sounds?

I've been told that you can do this via specialist
styling programs such as StyleXP and LogonUI. These can
be found by searching the net or by going to
www.download.com.
