When I boot into xp the welcome screen just gives my name (I gave
myself administrator's privileges when I installed it). How do I get
the Administrator option to show up?

I don't want to be on the internet with an account that has
administrator privileges because of the potential risks and when I
tried to create another account, all my favorite programs wanted me to
pay for them again.

Either press and hold down the CTRL+ALT+DEL keys for a little bit or
press them twice. Both works and then you'll be able to log in as
Administrator.

Since you gave yourself Administrator priviledges you can create
a non-priviledged account without login in as A., too.

Thankyou!
