Welcome Screen shows unread emails that isn't my email...??

Hi, I am the only user on my machine. On the welcome screen, I am the only clickable user. Under my picture it always says I have a number of unread emails and if I put the cursor over the message it says it is refering to my sisters hotmail account (she uses my pc to check her email sometimes). The passport account tied to my user account is mine, not hers. I have deleted her email from the "Manage my network passwords" window. How can I eliminate that message saying I have unread emails from her email account from the Welcome Screen? Thanks!
