Welcome Screen on XP

Hi Folks,

Can anyone tell me how to get the "Turn Computer Off" button back on
my Welcome Screen? I have two computers, both the same, running
Windows XP Home Edition. One computer show the "Turn Off Computer
button and the other does not. I don't know what I did to lose it on
the one computer but I can't find out how to get it back. I can't find
any info on MS KB or Windows help. Any ideas would be appreciated.

This is the way to remove it. Follow the steps to steps 6 & 7, and do the
opposite.

Thanks for the tip but when I went to the web site and tried to follow
the instructions, I had no "Local Security" icon???? I am an
administrator and just to be sure I went to safe mode and logged on as
"Administrator" and still no joy?????????
