welcome screen disable forever

Hi, i have intalled the software "screen pass admin tool" that change the login type, but when i uninstall the software the welcome screen was disabled and the classical windows login is enable. But i wanna the welcome screen again. What i have to do?

Activating your Welcome Screen:

Please follow these steps below:

1) Start > Settings > Control Panel
2) Choose "User Accounts"
3) On the "Pick a task", choose "Change the way users log on or off"
4) Tick both of them - "Use the Welcome Screen" and "Use Fast User
Switching"
