Good news the ribbon now auto minimizes, and can be minimized by
right-clicking.

It is still too f------- big though when it is not minimized.

Now I don't have a comparison in Access for you but for Word and Excel
while it takes up a bit more room the Word and Excel folks trimmed a
bit off the bottom. So you end up with exactly the same usable space.
