I am just wondering if someone have seen this problem
My wife and I have each of our financial holding with the same company. We access our financial data using each of our user ID. When I access my "financial page" all is there and everything is OK. When my wife logon into her "financial page" it display **MY** financial pages. At first, I thought it was a "cross-link" within the Financial company database and consequently I didn't troubleshoot any further until I got a hold of the company. I have to admit that everything was working fine (Wife and I had proper financial pages) until approx one month ago. Few days ago, I finally talk to the company and when thru the scenario and the rep could see anything wrong (from her end) which made me thinking that something was wrong with my XP (although I was sure that the rep was missing something). Sure enough, I got a hold of a W2K PC and access my wife account (using her ID and Pwd) and everything is fine..
Now I am really puzzled because the error is really generating from my XP box...The only thing I can think is that one of the automatic updates sent a security patch on my PC and somehow things got corrupted...The Financial Rep sent my case to higher level support and I am still waiting to see the result
Just wondering if someone experienced weird security problems lately...
